This is a consecrated space of Guheshwari. You can make offerings and go close to the Devi. During non busy hours, there is space to sit and meditate. You can go into meditative states effortlessly here.

About Purano Guheshwari
Balaju Guhyeshwori is a Newar yogini temple located north of Swayambhu. It is said that this was the “original” Guhyeshwori temple among the four yogini temples. Over time, devotees of the Pashupatinath yogini temple managed to redirect the attention of pilgrims towards their temple. Thus, Balaju Guhyeshwori fell into oblivion.
